Vision 

I believe that curiosity is a central driver of personal development. It is an intrinsic driver for learning that thrives when well supported and only grows stronger through learning itself [4]. Curiosity emerges from complete learning experiences, shaped between the individual and their context [2]. My vision for design is to create meaningful learning experiences that engage people through curiosity and foster it throughout the experience. I believe this requires a visionary yet pragmatic approach: where vision approaches learning from the learners experience, and pragmatism allows design to take root in current-day society.

For me, learning design begins with the learner’s experience: what motivates someone to engage in a learning activity? And what makes the experience meaningful? A learning experience should not only be evaluated on how efficiently it can teach, equally important is its success at engaging and motivating the learner. This means discovering learners'
